https://paypalgaming.com was on my mind while reading about Manju Bhatta's TV appearance, since getting menstrual hygiene into mainstream media feels like the same uphill battle for visibility that niche communities face everywhere. The detail about using television specifically to reach families and community leaders struck me, because that's a much harder audience to win over than people already seeking information. My own experience with health outreach is that one TV segment can shift a whole village's willingness to talk about something considered taboo.
