Vacancy Announcement Rural Village Water Resources Management Project (RVWRMP) Phase II continues to work for improved water supply, sanitation, micro-hydro, community-based irrigation, livelihoods and other rural development initiatives in 53 VDCs in ten districts of Mid and Far Western Nepal (Achham, Baitadi, Bajhang, Bajura, Dadeldhura, Dailekh, Doti, Darchula, Humla and Kailali districts). RVWRMP is supported by the Government of Nepal and the Government of Finland, and the executing agency is MLD/DoLIDAR together with participating DDCs. Roster for Short Term Services To support various aspects of the project implementation especially with regards to capacity building, we are looking for a range of committed, experienced, hardworking local professionals for our roster of individual short term service providers, resource persons and trainers. These assignments typically deal with designing, facilitating and documenting workshops and thematic training and orientation events, and providing on-the-job /learning-by-doing type of support to a range of community level stakeholders. Some assignments may also support various types monitoring needs and studies. This is an open roster – CVs can be submitted at any time. The subject line in the e-mail must say ROSTER. Note that these are not staff positions. The exact time, scope and contents of the services required is not known at this point of time. These may range from a few days training to a several months of continued community-level support in specified tasks.
