Documents In addition to the tangible results seen by the people in villages benefiting from the project, RVWRMP also generates lots of documentation in the form of reports, guidelines and manuals. On this page there is a selection of important and interesting documents made available to the general public
Annual and Quadrimester Progress Reports Annual and Quadrimester Progress Reports summarize project progress and financial status. Annual reporting schedule is project fiscal year (same as Government of Nepal), and closes in mid-July. The quadrimester project reports were previously called “Trimester” reports, but this expression has now been corrected to reflect the number of months being reported (four months). The project progress is measured against the objectives stated in the Annual Work Plans and original project document
Guidelines, Manuals and Background Studies Formal guidelines establish the rules for the activities executed in the project and in its subprojects and by its partners. The project has also developed various manuals to guide and to be used as training materials in specific activities.
Phase I Document Project document defines the overall objective and target of the project. It also includes more detailed targets, recommended approaches and certain strategies to be followed, and also spells out assumptions and risks related to the work environment and the project.
